Biography

Alison Marganski is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology and Criminal Justice at Virginia Wesleyan College. Shereceived her M.A. and Ph.D. in Criminology from Rutgers University in Newark, New Jersey with a particular focus on violence victimization. Alison has also worked in victim, offender, and administrative related services, and her current research centers oncommunication technologies and interpersonalrelationship violence.
