Graduated in Medicima (1972), Master (1978), Doctorate (1983), Full Professor (2002) and Full Professor (2008) in Pediatrics at the Faculty of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto - USP. Currently Full Professor and Coordinator of the Pediatrics Laboratory of the Department of Child Care and Pediatrics at the Faculty of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto - USP. Member of the Pediatric Hematology and Oncology Service, Hospital das Clínicas de Ribeirão Preto. Main line of research: Clinical, epidemiological and molecular studies of oncological and hematological diseases in children and adolescents. CNPq researcher 1A.
