Department of Tourism and Hospitality New Mexico State University, the USA.  Seeking to help the hotel and resort industry, I have focused my research primarily on the interface of technology and hotel and resort operations. Recent projects include Robots in Hospitality, an interdisciplinary look at consumer interaction with robots in a hospitality setting, and The Impact of Automation on the Hotel Industry: Will the robot take my hotel job?
