Biography

Introduction Bee honey (Apis mellifera) is the most wellknown and economically important for the production if different bee products which has a great importance in medical aspects. Honey is defined as the natural sweet substance produced by honey bees, which collected from the plant flowers nectars and honey dew (Codex Alimentations 2001). The geographical floral origin, season and environmental factors reflected on the honey properties and compositions (Da Costa Leite et al., 2000; Kas?konien_e et al., 2010; ElMetwally 2015 and El Sohaimy et al., 2015).
