Biography

Ghazali Bello Abubakar has a BA Arts with Second Class Upper Division from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, a Master’s Degree in Politics and International Relations, from the IIU with Cumulative G.P.A 3.02/4.00, and a PhD. in International Relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India. His PhD thesis investigated the democratization process in the Kingdom of Morocco, and the roles offered by the regime between 1990 and 2010 period
