Biography

Dr. Ruben Alvarez Venegas is a professional in the training, formation, and development of personnel, who has managed to specialize in the implementation of strategies based on competency management and knowledge management. He has extensive professional experience in the public sector of the country, having worked in various institutions such as the Ministry of Public Education. In educational matters, he has more than 25 years as a university teacher, of which 15 have been at postgraduate level and 18 years as a training agent.
