Dr. Jacob Olalekan Arawande, Ph.D. in Chemistry, University Of Medical Sciences, Ondo-City, Ondo-State, Nigeria. His study interests major on Edible oils preservation; Extractions of antioxidants from plant materials; and Fatty analysis of crude and refined edible oils. He published nearly about 27 articles in many journals and the articles are informative and got good citations. He has worked on a project which is informative and interesting.
