Biography

Dr. Fiammetta Alagna is currently a Researcher at ENEA, Italian National Agency for New Technologies Energy and Sustainable Economic Development, Trisaia Research Centre (Italy). Her research activity is focused on plant molecular biology, genetics, and transcriptomics. She has extensively worked on olive (Olea europaea). Her current research interests include the identification of genes involved in the synthesis of plant natural products, the development of effective methods of plant protection from biotic and abiotic stresses.
