Biography

Weiwen Chai is a nutritionist with extensive training in behavioral, epidemiology and basic science, her goal is to understand the etiology of obesity and cancer and to contribute to strategies of chronic disease prevention. She is interested in studying how dietary, lifestyle, behavioral, socioeconomic, and biological factors influence the development of obesity and cancer through epidemiological studies and behavioral interventions.
