Vinti Singh is an Associate professor in Centre of Food technology at University of Allahabad. Her research interests include Food & Nutrition, Antioxidants, Food Science and Technology,  Food Analysis, Food Chemistry,  Food Processing, Food Quality, Food Safety, Food Microbiology and Safety. International experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. Doing research from so many years in the field of Food science and Nutrition.
