Biography

Shaker E Agriculture and Chemistry Department Minia University, Egypt He was awarded PhD in chemistry. he holds master degree in chemistry from the university of minia ,Egypt his valuable service for many years and has been a recipient of many award and grants. Currently, he is working as Professor of Antioxidants and Food Additives, Minia University. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.
