Dr. Seockmo Ku is an assistant professor of Fermentation Science in the School of Agriculture at Middle Tennessee State University. Dr. Ku is a professional fermentation scientist, food microbiologist, and certified nutritionist. He is a coinventor of two patents and has an additional patent pending.
