Sana M. Janakat from the Department of Nutrition and Food Technology Jordan University of Science and Technology She was awarded PhD in in Biology Sciences from University Of London, 1990.she holds master degree in Biology Sciences from Yarmouk University, 1985.She has extended his valuable service for many years and has been a recipient of many award and grants. Currently, she is working as Faculty member Department of Nutrition and Food Technology- Jordan University of Science and Technology
