Rohmah Z is a professor in the deparment of biology and also a  Faculty of Biology, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta , Indonesia.Research interests include food and nutrition sciences.International experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.
