Olusegun Abayomi O currently works in the Department of Industrial and Production Engineering at University of Ibadan. His research interests include Food, Nutrition and Food technology. International experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. Doing research from so many years in the field of Food science and Nutrition.
