Biography

Dr. H.P. Vasantha Rupasinghe is a Professor in Functional Foods & Nutraceuticals. Dr. Rupasinghe joined Dalhousie University, Faculty of Agriculture in 2003 as an assistant professor and was awarded a Tier 2 Canada Research Chair (CRC) in Fruit Bioactives and Bioproducts in 2011. H has also served as a Killam Chair in Functional Foods & Nutraceuticals (2011-2021).
