Dr. Gulzar Ahmad Nayik,is currently working as Assistant Professor (Cont.) at Department of Food Science & Technology, Govt. Degree College, Shopian, J&K, India. He completed Masters Degree in Food Technology from IUST, Awantipora, J&K, India and PhD from SLIET, Punjab, India.He has published 2 Edited Books in Springer Nature Singapore, one textbook, 50+ research/review articles and authored & co-authored 29 book chapters.
