Biography

Adebowale A is a senior Lecturer in the Department of Food Science and Technology, Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Abeokuta, Ogun, Nigeria. He awarded Postdoctoral Fellowship award by the National Research Foundation, South Africa to conduct research at the University of Pretoria, South Africa (Mar. 2010 – Feb. 2011); Most Favourite Lecturer awarded by the Exquisite Set ’08, Department of Food Science and Technology, University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria. He is professionally excellent in food processing particularly cassava products. He has been involved in the Cassava processing team of the University of Agriculture Abeokuta, Nigeria.
