 He completed his research in Agro-Pastoral Research Institute,Ethiopian Somali Region Pastoral  he belongs to Ethiopia, Po. Box 398 Jigjiga, The Somali Regional State has promulgated proclamation number 31/2002 to establish and legitimize Somali Region Pastoral and Agro-pastoral Research Institute (SoRPARI) which has become effective since August 22/94 EC. SoRPARI is administered under the regional board of research institute.he belongs to Ethiopia
