Dr.William Appaw   is an Associate professor in the  Department of Food Science and Technology, Faculty of Biosciences, College of Science, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana. Dr.  William Appaw is the author/editors/reviewer in several international journals. He published 14articles in many journals and the articles are informative and got good citations.
