Biography

Dr. Supram H.S currently works at the Department of Medical Microbiology, Manipal College of Medical Sciences. His research interests are on diagnostic microbiology, infectious diseases, and emerging fungal infections. He is specifically working in the field of AMR surveillance using One-Health genomic approach to investigate the flow of antimicrobial resistomes among Enterobacteriaceae from rural farming communities of Nepal in order to understand the reservoirs and sources for human acquisition.
