Biography

Fabio A. Oliveira lead the Cloud-native Computing and Analytics team in the Hybrid Cloud Platform Research Department at IBM's T.J. Watson Research Center. His research team tackles broad challenges in manageability and programmability of modern cloud and multi-cloud environments. His team's multi-disciplinary nature, with combined expertise in the Computer Science areas of Systems, Programming Languages, Software Engineering, and Machine Learning, enables us to approach research problems from different perspectives, sometimes leading to results at the intersection of two or more of those disciplines.
