Biography

An experienced teacher of English at both high school and university level. A researcher in the areas of English as a second language, language education, discourse analysis, communication, gender, language and education, education in emergencies, literacy, adult and lifelong learning. Carried out baseline surveys, training needs assessment and impact assessment on teacher education, literacy and vocational training related programmes for an international NGO.
