Biography

Dr Wu Shang-Su is a research fellow at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS). He obtained his PhD from the New South Wales University in Australia and his master's degree in international relations from tha National Taiwan Unversity. Prior to joining RSIS, he was with the National Defense University and the Legislative Yuan in Taiwan. His areas of expertise include small states' security; security issues of Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines and Taiwan; and the People's Liberation Army.
