Biography

In 1983 he received the title of Associate Professor and in 1995 he became Professor Doctor. He performed more than 30,000 operations in total. In 1996 he established the Turkey's first eye hospital (World Eye Hospital). In 1998, the Ministry of Health was appointed him as Chief Physician and Eye Clinic Supervisor at Beyoglu Eye Training and Research Hospital. After retiring from this hospital he started to work in his private clinic at Istanbul. He performes surgeries in Liv Hospital, Ac?badem Maslak Hospital and Private Gaziosmanpasa Hospital.
