Dr. Dumitrascu was born in Bucharest (Romania) in 1976 and is a senior surgeon and Chair of the Department of Surgical Oncology (ad interim, from July 2018) at Center of General.dr. Dumitrascu performed two fellowships in Surgical Oncology and Hepato-bilio-pancreatic surgery in Bucharest (Romania) and Paris (France). He got a permanent position as surgeon at the Department of Surgery in Fundeni Clinical Institute (Bucharest, Romania) in 2005
