Biography

Dr. Wubshet Asnake was born and raised in Ethiopia and worked for more than 7 years in the Ethiopian Ministry of Agriculture at Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Currently he is PhD enrolled student at Near East University, Northern Cyprus in the department of food hygiene and technology. His area of interest is food saftey, hygiene and technology speciofically freshwater fish, aquatic species and spirulina alage study and development .
