Biography

Dr. Collins Prah Duodu is an Associate professor in the department of Renewable Natural Resources, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, located in Ghana. His research interests include but are not limited to: aquaculture nutrition especially the development of new fish feeds using novel ingredients (plant, animal, bacterial and fungal sources), development of new culture species (freshwater & marine), aquaculture production (cage and pond), and water quality in aquaculture systems.
