Biography

Dr. Takatoshi Ueno is working to elucidate the behavior, ecology, and life history of natural enemy insects, especially parasitoid wasps. And Takatoshi Ueno is studying pest control methods using them, that is, biological control. Natural enemy insects are insects that cause the death of other insects. For example, mantis affordable size of live insects (butterflies, bees, grasshoppers, etc., etc.) to eat captures the Mau in insect of "predatory", it has become the natural enemies of various insects. Similarly, ground beetles.
