 Tugan Tezcaner is a  General surgery specialist and also a Associate Professor in General Surgery. he  continues his profession under the roof of Ba?kent University Ankara Hospital. his motto is ''the  basic principle to serve my patients with the light of science and by prioritizing conscientious responsibility.
