Biography

Mohamad Nasir Mohamad Ibrahim was born in Kluang, Johor. He obtained his B.Sc. (1994), M.Sc. (1997) and PhD (1999) from Missouri S&T (formerly known as University of Missouri-Rolla, USA). He is currently serve as an Associate Professor in the School of Chemical Sciences, USM. He had supervised more than 60 final year project students and more than 20 graduate students. His main research areas are Lignin and Lignocellulosic Materials, Nanoparticles, Polymer & Biomaterial and Petroleum Engineering.
