Biography
Chang Yang obtained B.S. degree from Fudan University in 2005 and his Ph.D. from Chinese Academy of Science in 2010. Following post-doctoral trainings at the University of Tokyo and Leipzig University, he was promoted to junoir group leader/Lecturer in Leipzig. Currently, he is a full Professor at East China Normal University. He made pioneering contributions to the emerging wide-gap I-VII semiconductors. He discovered by far the best p-type transparent conductive and thermoelectric materials based on copper iodide.
