Biography

Dr. Santulli obtained his Medical Degree from the University of Naples "Federico II", Italy, where he also completed his residency in Cardiology. His expertise comprises both clinical and basic research topics. Indeed, he has authored more than 100 international publications, including book chapters and reviews, on hypertension, diabetes, angiogenesis, myocardial infarction, heart failure, atrial fibrillation, cardiac hypertrophy and vascular disease. Furthermore, he has maintained an active clinical and research interest in skeletal muscle disease. He is a member of many important academic societies, such as: American Heart Association, European Association of Heart Failure.
