Biography

Hiroshi Noguchi was born at Japan. She graduated from Kyushu Univesity.  She got Ph.D from Kyushu Univesity. Currently  She was working as a Professor in  Kyushu University, Japan. Previously She  worked  as an associate Professor.  Her research interests are Econometrics Industrial, Organization Microeconomics, Public Economics Law and Economics Energy Economics Institutional Economics, Environmental Economics.
